Terms of Service

1. Provider

Crypto Radar Pro (the “Service”) is operated by Paveelo, an unregistered business activity under Polish law, owned by Paweł Eberle, ul. Zamoyskiego 18H/2, 37-450 Stalowa Wola, Poland. Contact: support@paveelo.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

The Service is a free crypto analytics tool providing market data, watchlists and price alerts. Market data is sourced from third parties (e.g. CoinGecko) and provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

4. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and you may lose all invested capital. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Always do your own research and consult a licensed advisor.

5. User accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate information.
• One person — one account. Automated account creation is forbidden.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Service.
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Circumvent security measures or rate limits.
• Resell or commercially redistribute data obtained from the Service.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, design, branding and trademarks of the Service are owned by Paveelo or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Advertising

The Service is monetized via third-party advertising (Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the products/services offered by advertisers.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data or that price alerts will always be delivered on time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paveelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from use of the Service. Statutory consumer rights under Polish and EU law remain unaffected.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@paveelo.com.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the seat of the Provider, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules state otherwise. Consumers may also use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
