1. Data Controller

2. What data we collect

• Account data: email address, hashed password, display name (if provided), Google account ID if you sign in with Google.
• App data: your watchlist coins, price alerts, app preferences.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, language, referring URL, timestamps.
• Cookies & advertising IDs: see Section 7.

3. Purposes & legal basis

• Providing the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of contract).
• Account authentication and security (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).
• Sending price alert notifications you configured (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Displaying personalized advertising via Google AdSense (Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent).
• Analytics and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).
• Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Data retention

Account data is stored as long as your account exists. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@paveelo.com. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

5. Recipients & processors

We share data only with trusted processors strictly to operate the service:

• Supabase (database & authentication) — EU/US.
• Google LLC — Google Sign-In and Google AdSense advertising.
• CoinGecko — public market data API (no personal data sent).
• Hosting and CDN providers necessary to deliver the website.

6. International transfers

Some processors are located outside the EEA (e.g. USA). Such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and supplementary safeguards.

7. Cookies & advertising

We use essential cookies (required for login and security) and, with your consent, advertising cookies served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies and identifiers (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your interests and prior visits to this and other websites.

You can manage your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You may also opt out at google.com/settings/ads and youronlinechoices.eu.

9. Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted with TLS, and access to databases is restricted using row-level security policies.

The service is not intended for users under 16 years of age.
